Every time we wanted to visit a house, she arranged the visit in a day. She walked the properties with us, pointing out not only the positives, but also the obvious concerns, and she suggested ways to address them if we decided to buy. She truly had our interests in mind. Scarlett explained the steps leading up to a purchase, with deadlines, including the mortgage application. She never tried to pressure us into not doing an inspection or any other hasty decisions. When we were ready to make an offer, she advised us on how much we should offer based on the current interest in the property and the professional experience of the seller's agent. She even did comparative price research for us based on similar properties in the area. We are very happy with our purchase, and Scarlett had a major role in making it happen.

Scarlett Tamburro was introduced to me through a mutual friend, who knew I was about to put a property up for sale and was in need of an agent. Scarlett did a great job of finding an apartment for my husband and me when we were moving to Boston from Texas. We were nervous about finding a good neighborhood since we weren't able to see the apartments before we moved and we had such a short amount of time to find a place. Her expertise was always spot on. She was very patient with us throughout the whole process and made sure we saw all the listings that matched our criteria. When we finally made a decision, she coordinated with another agent to rent the apartment to us. The other agent was somewhat rude in email correspondences and was having difficulty setting up the paperwork. Scarlet was quick to defend us and made sure everything went smoothly.
